SnapBite runs on your device. There is no account and no server, so there is nothing to reset, recover or sign in to, and you never need to send us a photo to get help.
Contact
Email contact@luraai.io. We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Include your iPhone model and iOS version; if the problem is visual, a screenshot helps more than a description.
Purchases
- Restore a purchase. Tap Restore purchases on the SnapBite Pro screen. Purchases follow your Apple Account to a new device.
- Manage or cancel a subscription. Billing is handled by Apple: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the Manage subscription link in the App. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds. Handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
AI Edit
- I don’t see AI Edit. It needs an iPhone or iPad with at least 6 GB of memory, and appears as the sparkles button when you view a photo.
- First use is slow, or says it can’t download. Each tool downloads its model once from Apple (Erase about 190 MB, tap-to-select about 25 MB, painting Styles about 80 MB). Connect to Wi-Fi, make sure there is free storage, and try again.
- Can I try it without Pro? You can preview results; applying and saving them needs SnapBite Pro.
- I don’t see Redraw. Redraw (animation, illustration, sketch, comic, watercolor, oil painting, pixel art, clay, sticker, icon) uses Apple Intelligence, so it needs an iPhone 15 Pro or later on iOS 18.4 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on in iOS Settings. It does not appear on other iPhones.
- Redraw changed the face or the framing. The picture is drawn by Apple’s Image Playground, not edited from your pixels, so it can differ from the photo. Tap a look again for another version, or leave it out.
- Is my photo uploaded? No. AI Edit runs entirely on your device.
Permissions
- The screen is black. iOS Settings → SnapBite → Camera must be on.
- No sound on videos. Microphone access is off. SnapBite records silently rather than refusing to record. Turn it on in iOS Settings → SnapBite.
- Photos don’t save. iOS Settings → SnapBite → Photos needs at least “Add Photos Only”. Editing, collage, batch processing and deleting the photo you just took need full access.
