1. Information We Collect

LuraAI (“Company”) collects no personal information through the SnapBite app (“App”).

• There is no sign-up and no account.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifier.
• We do not collect your photos, videos, usage history, or device information.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks, and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
• The App does not talk to any server operated by the Company. The only network activity is the Apple-run services described in sections 4 and 6.

2. Device Permissions

The App asks for the following iOS permissions to function. Everything they enable happens on your device.

• Camera — to show the live viewfinder and take photos and videos. Camera data is used only for on-device preview, capture, and filtering.
• Microphone — used only to record audio while you are recording a video. If you decline, video still records, without sound.
• Photo Library (save) — to save the photos and videos you capture to your photo library.
• Photo Library (read and write) — used only when you ask for it: to open photos you explicitly select for editing, collage, or batch processing, and to delete a photo you have just taken. The App never scans, reads, or indexes your library on its own.
• Location — off by default and entirely optional. If you turn on “Location tag” in Settings, the App writes the coordinates into the photo’s own EXIF metadata on your device, exactly as the built-in Camera app does. That location is never transmitted to the Company or to any third party. A “Strip metadata on share” option, on by default, removes location and attribution from images you share out of the App.

You can withdraw any of these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

3. AI Edit and On-Device Processing

The AI Edit tools (Erase, Cutout and painting Styles) and the AI-written photo tags run entirely on your iPhone. The photo you edit is not uploaded anywhere, and the results are stored only in your photo library when you save them.

• The Erase, tap-to-select and Style models are not part of the install. The first time you use a tool, iOS downloads that model from Apple’s App Store servers (Apple’s On-Demand Resources). The download contains no photo or personal data of yours, and the Company does not receive any information about it. Apple handles that connection under its own privacy policy.
• Cutout uses Apple’s Vision framework, built into iOS.
• Redraw (animation, illustration, sketch, comic, watercolor, oil painting, pixel art, clay, sticker, icon), on iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, is done by Apple’s Image Playground on the device. The photo is handed to that Apple feature on your iPhone; it is not sent to the Company, and no model is downloaded by us for it. Apple’s own terms and privacy policy apply to Image Playground.
• Photo tags and descriptions, where offered, use Apple’s on-device language model (Apple Intelligence) on supported devices.

4. Payments

SnapBite Pro subscriptions, the lifetime purchase and individual filter packs are processed by Apple. The Company never sees or stores your payment method or billing details. The App asks Apple (StoreKit) which purchases your Apple Account holds so it can unlock them. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Apple Watch

If you use the SnapBite companion app on Apple Watch, the camera controls and preview frames travel directly between your iPhone and your watch through Apple’s Watch Connectivity. They are not sent to the Company.

6. Diagnostics

If you have chosen to share iOS analytics with app developers (iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements), Apple may provide the Company with anonymous, aggregated crash and performance reports. They contain no photos and cannot identify you. Performance summaries the App receives from iOS (MetricKit) stay on your device.

7. Data Storage and Your Rights

Presets, settings and favourites you save live on your device only and are deleted when you delete the App. Because the Company holds no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase; you control everything on your device. For questions, write to the address below.

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
