SnapBite is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms of Use add the rules specific to SnapBite on top of it.
Your use of SnapBite (the “App”), published by LuraAI (“we”), is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA and by these Terms. If they conflict on the scope of your license, the Standard EULA prevails. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the EULA.
The photos and videos you capture and edit with SnapBite are entirely yours. We claim no rights over them and have no means of accessing them (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to edit and share the photos you bring into the App.
Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App or its look and style assets, or use it for unlawful purposes. The App, its design and its software belong to us and our licensors; open-source components remain under their own licenses (listed in Settings → AI Edit).
We may update, change or discontinue features, and the App may not be available in every country or on every device. We will try to give notice of material changes to paid features.
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of photos or videos. Back up what matters to you; the App stores your media in your photo library, not on a server. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; the new version is posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after that means you accept it.
