No. kWord has no accounts. Install it and start studying.
If iCloud sync is on and you use the same Apple Account, your progress follows you. If you do not use sync, go to Settings → Export data, then import the file on the new device.
In iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, pick kWord and cancel. Cancellation goes through Apple; we cannot do it for you.
Refunds for App Store charges are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap Settings → Restore purchases in the app. If it still does not appear, check that you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with, then get in touch.
Playback uses the iOS speech voices, so check the silent switch and the volume, and make sure a Korean voice is installed under iOS Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices. kWord never uses the microphone.
