kWord has no accounts and sends nothing to our servers. The app contains no code that talks to a LuraAI server, and no analytics, tracking or advertising SDK of any kind. Your learning data lives on your device, and — if you turn sync on — in your own iCloud.

1. What we collect

LuraAI (“we”) collects no personal information through kWord (the “app”).

There is no sign-up and no account.
We never ask for or collect a name, email, phone number or location.
We use no analytics, tracking or advertising frameworks, and ship no third-party SDKs.
The app contains no networking code that sends data to us.

2. What is stored on your device

Everything the app produces stays on your device:

Per-word progress, review scheduling, correct and incorrect answers
Study sessions, level, streak and daily goals
App settings (language, theme, daily limits, reminder times)
Anonymous app-usage events, which power the statistics screen and help us find bugs. They are held in a separate local-only database that is never synced and never leaves the device unless you export it to a file yourself.
Crash and performance summaries from Apple’s MetricKit, kept in a local file and deleted automatically after 30 days. They are shown only in a diagnostics screen on your own device.

3. iCloud sync — your storage, not ours

If you use sync across devices, your learning data is stored via Apple’s CloudKit in your own iCloud private database. That storage belongs to your Apple Account, and we cannot access it. Sync follows your device’s iCloud settings and can be turned off in iOS Settings at any time.

4. Device permissions

The app asks for one permission, and declining it leaves every learning feature fully working. It does not use the microphone, the camera, speech recognition, your contacts or your location.

5. In-app purchases

Subscriptions and content packs are sold through Apple’s StoreKit. Payment and receipt validation are handled entirely by Apple; we never receive or store your payment details or Apple Account information. Entitlements are checked on your device.

6. Sharing and selling

We collect no personal information, so there is none to share with or sell to anyone.

7. Cookies and tracking

The app uses no cookies, web beacons, advertising identifiers (IDFA) or other cross-app tracking technology.

8. Children

We collect no personal information from anyone, including children. The app is rated 4+.

9. Deleting your data

Deleting the app deletes the learning data on your device. Anything synced to iCloud can be managed and removed in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → iCloud. The app also offers export, import and a full reset.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above changes with it, and material changes are announced in the app.
