These terms govern your use of kWord (the “app”), a Korean-language learning app published by LuraAI (“we”). By installing and using the app, you agree to them.
The app provides spaced-repetition study of TOPIK vocabulary, quizzes, scenario dialogues, reading passages, grammar lessons, TOPIK mock exams and learning statistics. It works without an account, and your learning data is stored on your device.
Refunds for in-app purchases follow Apple’s policies and process. Request one through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to refund an App Store charge directly.
The vocabulary, example sentences, dialogues, grammar notes, design and software in the app are owned by us or our licensors. You may use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial study only, and may not copy, redistribute, sell or reverse-engineer it.
The app is a study tool. It does not guarantee any particular exam score or learning outcome. The TOPIK mock exams are practice material modelled on the format; they are not official exams, and we are not affiliated with the organisation that administers TOPIK.
We work to keep the vocabulary and examples accurate, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. If you spot a mistake, use the in-app feedback form or write to contact@luraai.io.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the app.
We may improve or change the app’s features, and may discontinue the service where we have to. We will give notice in the app or on this site if we do.
If these terms change, the “last updated” date above changes with them, and material changes are announced in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
