The app downloads its AI model (about 1 GB) once. Wi-Fi and enough free space are recommended. After that it works offline. Larger 4B and 8B models are optional downloads under Settings › Model management, and only the ones your device’s memory can handle are offered.
iPhone 15 Pro or later. The AI model needs that GPU tier and memory headroom.
In the Prep tab, add a resume (PDF), portfolio or job posting and Chatfox generates role-specific expected questions and STAR draft answers. Everything is processed on your device.
The free tier includes 20 generations (predicted questions, STAR drafts, resume notes, self-intro scripts, answer feedback, interview summaries) and one prep session. Mock-interview and voice-interview turns are unlimited. Chatfox Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the limit and unlocks the stress and executive interviewer styles.
Sign in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore purchase under Settings › Chatfox Pro.

In iOS Settings › Chatfox, check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are on. Recognition uses on-device dictation, so your device and iOS version must support dictation in the language you practise in.
No. Each recording is deleted as soon as its pronunciation score is computed. Only the transcript and score stay in your history, which you can delete at any time.

Delete your history and working documents in Settings. Deleting the app removes everything, including the downloaded model.
