Chatfox has no accounts and no servers. Your resume, job postings and answers never leave your device, and every AI feature runs on it. There is no analytics or advertising SDK.
Nothing. LuraAI (“we”) collects no personal information through Chatfox (the “app”).
Two cases, and only two.
huggingface.co. The only thing sent is a request for those files; none of your content goes with it.The microphone is used only during a voice mock interview. Recognition runs through iOS on-device dictation (server-based recognition is never used), and each recording is deleted from the device as soon as its pronunciation score is computed. If you use the “own voice” option, the one voice sample you record in Settings is stored on your device only, and you can delete it at any time under the Voice section of Settings. Declining a permission only disables voice interviews.
Off by default. If you turn it on in Settings, your practice history and the materials you added (including text extracted from your resume and job postings) sync to your own private iCloud database, so they appear on your other devices signed in to the same Apple Account. That data lives with Apple; we cannot access it.
The app receives crash and memory-exit reports from iOS via MetricKit and writes them only to your device. They are never transmitted, and deleting the app deletes them. Whether to share diagnostics with Apple separately is your choice in iOS Settings.
Only a short summary for widgets, the Lock Screen and Apple Watch (streak, this week’s count, recent scores, today’s question text, and an interview date and name) is stored in this device’s keychain and handed to your own Apple Watch over WatchConnectivity. It never includes your resume, documents or answers, and it is never transmitted anywhere. You can turn off question and interview display on widgets in Settings, and deleting your history clears this summary too. An answer recorded on Apple Watch is sent to your iPhone, analysed on the iPhone, and then deleted.
We collect no personal information, so there is none to share with or sell to anyone. The app uses no advertising identifiers (IDFA) and no cross-app tracking.

You can delete your history and working documents at any time in Settings. Deleting the app removes everything from the device, including the downloaded model. If you used iCloud sync, you can remove that data in Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and material changes are announced in the app update notes.
