1. Information We Collect

LuraAI ("Company") collects no personal information whatsoever through the SnapBite app ("App").

• There is no sign-up and no account creation.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifier.
• We do not collect your photos, videos, usage history, or device information.
• We do not use analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks.
• The App contains no networking code and transmits nothing to us.

2. Device Permissions

The App asks for the following iOS permissions to function. Everything they enable happens on your device.

• Camera — required to show the live viewfinder and take photos and videos. Camera data is used only for on-device preview, capture, and filtering.
• Microphone — used only to record audio while you are recording a video. If you decline, video still records, without sound.
• Photo Library (save) — to save the photos and videos you capture to your device's photo library.
• Photo Library (read and write) — used only when you ask for it: to open photos you explicitly select for editing, collage, or batch processing, and to delete a photo you have just taken. The App never scans, reads, or indexes your library on its own.
• Location — off by default and entirely optional. If you turn on "Location tag" in Settings, the App writes the coordinates into the photo's own EXIF metadata on your device, exactly as the built-in Camera app does. That location is never transmitted to the Company or to any third party. The App also offers a "Strip metadata on share" option, on by default, which removes location and attribution from images you share out of the App.

You can withdraw any of these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

3. Data Storage

Presets, settings and favourites you save live on your device only, and are deleted when you delete the App.

4. Payments

SnapBite Pro subscriptions and individual filter packs are processed by Apple. The Company never sees or stores your payment method or billing details. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from them.

6. Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
