How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.
How many documents can I open for free?
3 documents a day, reset at midnight. Reopening a document the same day and the built-in guide don’t count.
Is it a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase that’s yours forever, with no extra charges.
Does AI send my documents to a server?
No. AI runs only on your device. Devices without Apple Intelligence need a one-time model download.
I forgot my app lock passcode.
For security it’s stored only on your device and can’t be recovered. Unlock with Face ID, then change it in Settings → App Lock.
Can I open or convert Word and Hangul documents?
Yes. PageFleet PDF opens, edits and saves DOCX and HWPX files and converts between PDF, DOCX and HWPX on your device (Pro). Conversions are best-effort: complex layouts can look different, and the app lists what changed. Excel, PowerPoint and legacy .doc/.hwp files are not supported.
Can I edit the text inside a PDF?
Yes (Pro). Open the menu in the viewer and choose the content editor to edit text and images, or to permanently redact sensitive content. Scanned pages can be made searchable with the OCR tool first.
