iVooks App | Effective Date: January 1, 2025

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LuraAI ("Company") and users ("User") in connection with the use of the iVooks app ("App").

Article 2. Nature of the App

• Content provided by the App is for educational and entertainment purposes and does not replace formal education or professional guidance.
• The Company strives to provide age-appropriate content but recommends parental supervision for young children.

Article 3. User Responsibility

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App.
• The User shall not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content within the App without the Company's prior written consent.
• The User is responsible for maintaining the security of their device and data.

Article 4. Service Usage

• The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App's features, content, or design without prior notice.
• The service may be temporarily interrupted due to app updates or other operational reasons. The Company shall not be held liable for such interruptions.

Article 5. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases for additional content packs. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. The Company does not directly process any payment information.

Article 6. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App (design, text, illustrations, audio, software, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute such content without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Article 8. Changes to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms as necessary. Updated Terms will be made available within the App or on this page. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company's registered address.
