By downloading, installing, or using AutoAlignPanels ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
LuraAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes on macOS devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
AutoAlignPanels is a macOS utility that arranges visible windows of the active application into a grid layout using a global keyboard shortcut. The App requires macOS Accessibility permission to function.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. LuraAI does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all third-party applications.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LuraAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by LuraAI.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
